Sustainable Waterloo Region 2020

The second year in the updated newspaper format, the design for the 2020 Year End Report focused on developing a new illustrative style. With most events from the year cancelled, the usual photo-rich report needed additional visual support. A playful approach was introduced to bring some light to an otherwise challenging year, with programs and companies shifting their approach to work in the “new normal” that was 2020.
