Reach Out Youth

Reach Out Youth provides mental health services and support to children and youth in the Haldimand-Norfolk community. In need of a website that would quickly connect youth to the right resources, we worked with the Haldimand-Norfolk Reach team to understand the core areas to make it super simple to navigate. A critical resource for youth, the new site provides easy to find information when youth are in need.
